Delivery is available nationwide. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your Colissimo tracking number.
Go to My Account, log into your account and select the Orders tab. It may take a maximum of 1 hour to update the status of an order after the order is placed.
The delivery time is 48 hours starting from the day after your purchase time. The applicable general conditions may vary depending on the place of destination.

The carrier will deliver your package at the indicated address and will demand you to sign the delivery form. If, however, you were absent during the passage of the deliveryman, an e-mail will be sent to you in order to postpone the delivery or make a request to make your package available at your post office or the Point Relais of your choice. For this, you have a period of 6 days starting from the date of receipt of the transit notice by e-mail.
If delivery is not possible, your package is consigned for a period of 14 days (or even 30 days in the summer period) at the nearest post office or the Point Relais of your choice. After this period, the delivery of your package is considered as refused and your order is returned to the sender.

Free returns service is available worldwide for 30 days from the date of shipment for regular priced items and 14 days from the date of receipt for sale items, subject to the terms of return below are respected. Please note that it is not possible to return jewelry for pierced ears. This does not violate your statutory rights, nor does it affect your right to cancel the order under the cancellation conditions.
You have the right to cancel your order. Your right to cancel begins on the date of placing your order and ends 14 days after the date of receipt. You then have 14 additional days to return your order to us.
Purchases must be returned from the original destination and be accompanied by the original return form that is in your package.
Items must be returned in their original condition unused, complete, with all Sonia Rykiel tags and any accessories or instruction booklets that came with them.
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, altered or returned Sonia Rykiel items in a condition that suggests they have been used will be refused and returned to the customer. Items with a protective strip can only be returned if it has not been removed or damaged.
Frames cannot be returned once the lenses of the sunglasses are being replaced.
Refunds will be made on the payment method used for the purchase.
We will refund your returned item as soon as possible upon receipt. We estimate that the refund will be made by the institution issuing your payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Working days are weekdays from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays in France.
Please keep your shipping declaration until you have been refunded.
If the returned item was paid in a currency other than that of your place of residence, any refund will be made in the currency of purchase. Due to changes in exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the price originally paid.

Orders cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order to us within 30 days of the date of dispatch for items purchased at normal price and 14 days for sale items for a refund.
