Delivery is available nationwide. As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
Go to My Account, log into your account and select the Orders tab. It may take a maximum of 1 hour to update the status of an order after the order is placed.

Delivery time is 2 to 4 days from the date your order is shipped. The applicable terms and conditions may vary depending on the destination. 


We do our upmost to have your order delivered as soon as possible.The shipping time will be indicated in the checkout.

II. Delivery method (Overseas)

Delivery with written signature is proposed to you by our partner DHL when confirming your order:

The carrier will deliver your package at the indicated address and will demand you to sign the delivery form. If, however, you were absent during the passage of the deliveryman, an e-mail will be sent to you in order to postpone the delivery. 

DHL may notify the Receiver of an upcoming or missed delivery. The Receiver may be offered an alternative delivery option such as delivery on a different date, delivery date, delivery without a signature, redirection of the Shipment or delivery to a DHL Pick-Up station. 



Free return service is available worldwide for 30 days from the date of receipt of your order, provided that the return conditions below are met. This does not violate your statutory rights, nor does it affect your right to cancel the order under the cancellation conditions.


Returns from France must be sent via the return label sent with your order.

The reception of your return may take 7 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). Your request will be processed within 24 hours (maximum 14 days after receipt and validation of your return) and a confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been made.

Due to customs clearance and sanitary situation, please note that international returns might take 7 to 21 days to get to our Customer Service department in France.

You have the right to cancel your order. Your right to cancel begins on the date of placing your order and ends 14 days after the date of receipt. You then have 14 additional days to return your order to us.

Return conditions: 

Items must be returned in their original condition unused, complete, with all Sonia Rykiel tags and any accessories or instruction booklets that came with them. 
Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, altered or returned Sonia Rykiel items in a condition that suggests they have been used will be refused and returned to the customer. Items with a protective strip can only be returned if it has not been removed or damaged. 
Frames cannot be returned once the lenses of the sunglasses are being replaced. 


Refunds will be made on the payment method used for the purchase. 
We will refund your returned item as soon as possible upon receipt. We estimate that the refund will be made by the institution issuing your payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Working days are weekdays from Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays in France. 
Please keep your shipping declaration until you have been refunded. 
If the returned item was paid in a currency other than that of your place of residence, any refund will be made in the currency of purchase. Due to changes in exchange rates, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the price originally paid. 
You also have the possibility of opting for a refund in promo code available immediately on our website. This can be reused on the site if your order concerns a gift. Please check this option when requesting a return 


Orders cannot be exchanged online. Please return your order within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please use the free return service and make sure that the return conditions are met. A new order can then be placed on at any time or Contact us for any further assistance.
